Following Week 2 of the season, the latest Top 25 polls have been released.  More than half the teams in the Association are ranked or receiving votes this week.

Tennessee Tech (2-0) jumped from No. 17 to No. 15 in the Stats Perform Top 25 and No. 20 to No. 16 in the FCS Coaches poll after blasting Chattanooga (a team that was receiving votes last week). The Golden Eagles will play their third-straight home game of the season when they host Davidson this week.  It is the highest ranking for the program since they were No. 15 in the Coaches Poll on October 31, 2011.

After playing a FBS opponent in week one, Southeast Missouri (1-1) evened its record with a home victory over North Alabama on Saturday. The Redhawks are receiving votes in both Top 25 polls. SEMO will play at No. 1 ranked North Dakota State this weekend.

Gardner-Webb (1-1) dropped a game at FBS Georgia Tech this past weekend after winning against a nationally-ranked FCS team in week one. The Runnin' Bulldogs are picking up votes in both polls and will host The Citadel on Saturday.

UT Martin (0-2) is still receiving votes in the Stats Perform poll after its second-straight game at a FBS opponent to start the year. The Skyhawks are at home this week to take on Southern Illinois, who is ranked in the Top 25 in both FCS polls.

Tennessee State (1-1) lost to No. 1 North Dakota State on Saturday to even its record. The Tigers will host Alabama A&M this weekend.
